Well the 150W HPS comes with a Ballast built in... And all you have to do is add a power cord.. Then you can plug it right into the wall... Well... I'd recommend plugging into a surge protector.. Then putting that in the wall..

my 400 HPS didn't comes with ballast.. have to buy it separated..
