Where are the ballast's?

Where can i find a cheap reliable ballst for hps?

I saw the bulbs in lowes. Im trying to refrain from ordering a ballast from the internetz.

Look for a Flood light in lowes or home depot for 150W-
You can also get em at electrical wholesellers. look under electrical in the yellow pages

i saw a 70watt hps for 70 bux i think =0

i know you want to steer clear from the internet ordering thing ,but i don't think you'll find anything bigger than 70w unless you buy from a local lighting and electrical supply store...hydrowholesale ships discretely and fastly.lol....really good products and prices

Good advice but any ballast from a electrical supply house will be a DIY project.

Ask for a ballast kit.

Why not get a 250 watt with the ballast built in? They're easy, just plug in and go, but are heavy. Any local hydro shops around?
