Y wont you GROW!!!!!

I just got some blue mystic seeds from nirvana. My plant is now 2 weeks old and is real small. i am doing a soil grow no ferts. yet, but i have foxfarm products, three cfls, fan, the ph is fine, the plant is in a 2 liter bottle for now. Could it be because I water the plant by putting a bowl like thing under it and fill that up with water. The plant is about 1 to 1 1/2 in. P.S. Sorry about the cruddy pics. =)

whats up gcr6bk. IMO i would water from the top. dont water from the bottom. you have to remember your roots have not reached that point yet and might not be getting enough water that way. this could be the reason your plants are not growing as they should.

Oh, thanks! I solved the problem put in a grow box and its growing fine. Ive been doing the water at the bottom thing since a seed! I do however once in awhile i give it some at the top. Thanks though!
