yellowish new leaves

on about 7 of my plants the new leaves seem pretty yellowish,is this normal or do they a nutrient defficencey?help pleaze

i am feeding with 5-5-5 seaweed fert and am gonna start mixin 0-12-12.Wut is a x-plant?
