Yield Question

When you reading about the harvest yield and the ad says it will yield 400 (I assume it means grams, Nirvana) does this mean the one female plant will yield that many (on average) grams or is that an average amount for the 10 seeds you bought in general? ¿Que?

I am pretty sure the yield is for one plant grown under "perfect" conditions. It usually gives an indoor and outdoor yield. Sometimes the indoor yield will also say it is for 1 sq. meter.. I take that to mean, however many plants you can squeeze into that space.

I always ASSUMED 1 plant per sq. ft.
And about 3 ft. to a meter,so so 1 meter sq. would be about 9 sq ft.(using the terms ft. and meter loosely)so maybe around 9 plants per sq. meter,?
