is this flowering? (pics included)

hey guys, can you take a quick look at the pictures attached and tell me if this plant is flowering?

it's got all the classic signs. white hairs, etc. the problem is that this is one of my mothers and is under light for 18 hours a day.

if this is a female, how is it possible to bloom with this much light?

looks like flowering..mine has that too. doesnt bother me as I will be flowering her soon anyways and it isnt enough to mess up my clones for reveg.

Same thing happened to me...white rhino. Never fully flowered, just heck of hairs everywhere. Didn't think too much of it until the clones started spittin out singlular re-veg leaves right after they rooted.

Doesnt seem to be flowering to me, just a couple hairs. Most of my clones grow single leaves too, its completely normal.

The plant is just sexually mature. I have seen this for years outside. When you clone from her some time you will get reveg single finger leaves. IME it is normal.
