Some of my leaves are turning yellow, they look sick.. almost burnt... why is this happening? thanks ahead of time

lol.. a lot of info there eh?

what are you feeding them? how much, how often? lights close? etc etc
nute burn would be my first guess. but really, you should try to post as much info as possible.
read the sticky at the top of the sick plants section. http://www.marijuanapassion.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25182 *don't need to answer every question.. but a little more info than what you posted will help alot. (a pic is always apprechiated too ;)

like saying "my computer wont work, what's wrong?"

According to my PH tester level is at 6.0. The light aren't to close using CFL's about 8 inches away. No nutes as of now.

Sometimes to much water will make the tips look "burnt". And your floresent lights should be about two inches from the plant. IMO.

PH of 6 ? Hmmmm should be abit higher..What soil are they in..and Like the above said Lower that light..and get a fan blowing on them to strengthen the stalk..and it wouldnt hurt to give them a drink of some Tea There are lots of stickkies here on the subject or you can PM me Ill help..Merry Christmas my friend:bolt::bong:

Yes and judging by the looks of those stalks,,ya need to get some air on them.;)

what he said.....get air on them and maybe cut there pots down so some air can get to the medeium surface (just a thought). got my fingers crossed for you man.....with the info u can get here , im sure they will be fine.....good luck.
peace :D

How do I get it higher? i tried putting some lemon juice in there, but the tester still says its the same....

Tap water is 7.0. flush it out. and 6.0 is not that bad. Its OKAY to have 6.0 i definately wouldnt go lower. i believe optimal is 6.2 - 6.7 (SLIGHTLY acidic).

If you flush her out for a few minutes the pH should rise

add about a half of a cup of lime. not lime juice but the stuff you put on your yard or in your flower beds.
Home depot has plenty of the stuff right now, and its only like 3 dollars for a huge bag.
you can add it to the top which i dont suggest. Rather i say re pot the plant so that you can mix the lime evenly through the soil mixture, but really try to limit the times you re pot as not too put too much stress on the little girls. and watter a little bit afterwards and ya should be good to go.im sure there are other ways to do it, thats just the ways that have worked for me

thanks alot guys... i just want the yellowing and crap to go away..... pissing me off ha

Bluealien has a good suggestion too but thats more for long term control. Id suggest flushing her, letting her dry, and then doing as he suggested for immediate progress.

You should be fine with the flush however

"ALL" tap water is not equal.. I have seen/heard of tap water here at MP that exceeded 8 in alkalinity.. so simply flushing with tap water won't necessarily repair anything, and "could" compound the problem. You need to 'know' the ph of the flushing solution at least.
"Lime" will act as a buffer for your ph, but 'should' be mixed in the soil 'prior' to planting, for the best results. (at a ratio of 1 tablespon per gallon of medium)
Lemon juice is acidic, and will further promote a "lower" ph reading.

My tap water is off the charts. I am running near 9.0. This is exactly why I put in an RO system.

besides adding dolmited lime to soil, tsp of baking soda to a gallon of water will raise the ph, to know how much, you need a ph meter to measure. And for soil 6.5 ph. If you don't have a way to measure ph, using straight water may be your only choice.
