Mix the mushroom compost with top soil??

..I got some scotts top soil, and a bag of mushroom compost from home depot. I guess I should mix it like half and half? For my newer non Miracle grow, grow.

I may of done it wrong but i mixed mushroom compost and soil 50/50 and it came out way to solid once watered.... It kind of "brick'd up" and water did not flow through it well at all...just my experince...

might use a different mixture level like 70/30...

no the soil.... the compost seemed to really stick together....

yes mix he topsoil with it, but add perlite with it all.... you will need drainage for the entire mix.....

Yeah they didnt even have any at home depot. The dude
said he hadnt seen any in like 2 weeks there. Hoping to pick
it up from somewhere else soon..... i hope.
