Topping problem....

I recently topped all of my plants and when i came back to look at them not even 2 minutes afterwards, the tops had turned a brownish color. Whats going on here? is it ok?

do you mean the top of the stem where you just cut?? if you do, that is normal, if it is the leaves then i am clueless..

Dont worry its ok. I just topped a few plants last night and this morning when i looked at them the same thing was going on. Its just recovering itself.
