Yes i also have them problems and have been self medicating for years. It also helps with my depression and my pains. I have been clean for awhile now tryin to get a better job and i'm a wreck, lol. now that my state has passed the mmj law i am hoping to be able to get medicated and help others...

Im waaaayyyy into cfl's. And the price is dropping on them also. They are having sales on them right now for 99 cents a bulb. And yes they are expensive to buy up front, but in the long run i found they are cheaper to run. I use all warm bulbs in the 2700-3000 range for veg and flower with great...

If your waiting for more fixtures, then the two bulbs will work for a short while. When you do get more fixtures you could add another 6500k and another 2700k. And as always, the more lumens the better. What i did was add a couple bulbs every couple weeks or so until it was time to flower. at...

Well i took her down last night so here she is. As i had suspected she was very root bound in the three gallon pot. Next time it will definetly be with 5 gallon homes. She took a little longer than expected to finish up, but the wait will be worth it.:) I would say the trichs were a 70/30 mix...
