ants??

okay, i just sprouted up a new plant and i saw that it had leaves that looked shredded! i also noticed that there were some ants in the soil, which i keep out in the woods [the soil]. HELP?? what do i do? is it because ofthe ants? kee in mind i used the same soil for another plant and that one is now a healthy one-footer.

its not ants unless u leave in an area with leaf cutter ants. buy an insecticde/fungicide to spray them with. could be alot of things, but not ants.

alright, thanks. they are really small ants, but not like sugar ants. is that a leafcutter?
