blackstrap molasses question

hello everyone .. long time no talk. lol.. i have heard alto about molasses and finally found some blackstrap molasses to use. .. i have two small plants i had to flower early due to company .. i need to get as much as possable but i only have cfls to work with.. so here is my question with the blakstrap how much and how do i use it .. i am 14 to20 days into flower and would like some good tasteing buds.. any input would be greatly appreciated.. thanks and happy growing

1) feeds microrganisms and fungi
2) last 3 or 4 weeks of flowering swells buds and gives a sweeter taste after curing.

I use it on my grows- I've read it helps with the micro-organisms in the soil which helps the plant get nutrients. It also adds a few nutrients- specifically magnesium. I don't know if it makes the buds any denser or sweeter- when I've used it, I used it on all plants- next time I'll try on half and not give it to the others.
One thing I have definitely noticed was an increase in the small flies- they love the stuff!

when is the best itme to start it .. and if i start it now how much do i put in the gallon of water.. is 2 or 3 tablespoons ok to use from 2 weeks and on .. they are about two weeks in flower now.. thanks

Yes...it depends on the bugs ..its bennaficial to the soil..use it..and there are good bugs
