bulb manufac. question

Looking at a newer ballast and light setup.

Found a Lumatek 400W, "bat wing" reflector, all the cords, plus 1 HPS and 1 MH bulb for $214.

My question is:

What is your opinions on the Plantmax lamps?

Also

How do you guys feel about ordering from Ebay?

Local Hydro shop doesn't carry Lumatek.

I got a 600 lumitek from ebay not long ago. Same set up for almost $300. The bulb is fine. If you were thinking of a diff bulb, spend the $100 on a vented hood instead.

Oh, and also if that deal is from the dealer I think it is you will have to pick up a connecter to fit into a hood. From 2 flat/1 round to 3 round. I know, that didn't make sense, but you will see what I mean. They're 6 bucks at your local hydro.
