Hope someone out there knows what my problem is!!!

I have two Northern Light Plants that have just been put on 12/12. They are nice and healthy looking, but I noticed that one plant has a shriveled fan leaf -

I have them under two 40 watt floros for a total of 4650 lumens and a 200 watt cfl that is facing them with a total of 9500 lumens. They have never shown any sign of any problem until I noticed this shriveled leaf.

HELP!!!

light could be too close

could be over/under watering

not enough/too much nutes

there's a number of things it could be

maybe give abit more info like that & it will help us help you :)

They have been under the same lights for two months with no problem. The more I thought it out, yesterday I watered the plants and then gave them some nutes. I must have dripped some of the nutes on the leaf - and it had a reaction to it. The plants are fine today with no more shriveled up leaves, so hopefully it was owner error. Thanks for your concern!!
