Just wondering what helps some people when you're really burnt out. You know when sometimes you get that feeling that lasts the whole day? I hate that. What do you do? Coffee, energy drinks? I find working out can help, as hard as it is when you're in that state.
 
Sometimes I feel like that... I feel all cloudy and just can't seem to be function properly... :stoned:

Usually, it's when I haven't been getting enough sleep...

Take a nap. Naps always make me feel better. Nothing like nappin at work and getting paid for it:chuck:
 
i usually get burnt out after burnin. quick nap solves the problem
