i got some seeds from a friend of mine from a hermie this is more of a trial and error run for me before i buy some proper seeds Any advice what so ever is always helpful ty

You have a very low probability that those plants will survive unless you transplant them into something bigger almost immediately. I have seen a root grow 8" long in 3 days. On top of that, what light are you growing with? A windowsill will not work for cannabis.

First thing i notice is those clear cups. Not good for the roots as roots hate light. Might wanna either cover the cups up with some tape or transplant into something else. What are you using for lights? Looks like they are stretching for the light from the looks of the long stems.
