Need help with area/lighting needs

This is my first grow, i have a side of a closet boxed off roughly 1 1/2' x 2' and 4' tall. I'm thinking about using 4 26w cfls at around 1100-1700 lumens each (i think). Is that enough to grow good plants and how many can i grow, and how can i cheaply but effectively ventilate that area just 1 fan on ocilate? or do i need intake/outtake system? any help is appriciated

simple oscilating fan will be enough for a space of that size, you really want 5000 lumens per sq ft.do the math and there`s your answer...
i`d advise anyone wanting to grow their own stash to invest in an HID fiture.
