Need help with fluorescent lights....

Going to start a blueberry grow very shortly and b.c of the shortage of space I thought I would go with the fluorescent bulbs. Whats the least number of watts that I would want to use with fluorescents?

What ever wattage that gives you between 3000 and 5000 lumens/sqft...With 5000 lumens being the better of the two
