Newbie With Same Old Question

Hi all. I just joined tonight and this seems like a great community. I've been skimming the forums and feel like I've already learned a lot.

I'm a first time grower, and even after reading all about identifying sex and looking at pictures I'm still a little confused. Is this a hermie I have growing?
