I am a new medical marijuana user. I have never grown anything in my life. I have just built a 4'x 5' grow room with all your help. State law allows up to 6 plants. I have just inherited 5 ten week old plants that are just starting the budding stage.Im using a 400w switchable ballast system with the hps bulb for budding.The guy who had these was using miracle grow tomato food mixed in a spray bottle and pretty dilutedas well. What to do next guys? Should I change the food? He was using a 70w hps so this is a good jump for them. My room is well vented. It is staying at 79F, and 58% humidity. The plants are about two & half feet tall and seem in good health. Any help is appreciated!

Love to hear of someone doing a grow box. There are a lot of cool examples and ideas to run with that you can read in the forums including mine.
First rule to keep, no matter what, is to TELL NO-ONE. Check often, and be what we call dumb as a fox.
Look carefully at your setup, I prefer to use distilled water, so I keep the jugs of water inside the box so I water at ambient temps. Grab a small calender that you can keep tucked away, and not have to worry about and learn to keep simple notes like date plants started, their age in the vegging, and when you change up lighting for flowering.
I always recommend fertilizing on the weak tea side, As long as your babies are showing no ill effects you can up the dossage a little at a time, and be able to back off quick if they start showing signs of burn or stress.
I'm sure you will come up with brilliant ideas of your own, and I assure you we will be looking to hear more about how them girls are doing.

i like that RBH grow school.. the students keep coming back, dang pot heads can't remember what they learned the day before.. or at least i can't. i have to sign in every morning and learn everything all over again. we'll never graduate.
