In my bubble cloner i have noticed one of my clones has some dark gooey discoloration around the bottom of stem/roots.

I think she's gunna need a root canal

i got lazy and haven't been changing my water in there as often as usuall and i think this must have something to do with it. the water temps are also high and i did not cover the holes i was not using so light was getting in. Repaird the clone and resolved the issues.

a little hydrogen peroxide in your water will take care of that problem. 30mL to the gallon of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Works wonders for stuff just like that.
This is a perfect example of how most growers create their own problems. I am glad you got it fixed now. Now just fix the plants lol
