i heard today that they might have passed a bill in Pa thats it will be legal to possess up to an OZ or 5 plants for medical use... hell if thats the case i better make a dr's appt soon lol

Pennsylvania: Finally, NORML is thrilled to announce that Rep. Mark Cohen (D-Philadelphia), along with six co-sponsors, introduced legislation today to make Pennsylvania the fourteenth state to legalize the physician-supervised use of cannabis. As introduced — House Bill 1393, The Barry Busch Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act of 2009 — would allow state-authorized patients to possess and cultivate cannabis for therapeutic purposes. The measure also seeks to allow for the state-licensed distribution and sale of medical marijuana by authorized ‘compassion centers. For several months, Philly NORML has worked behind the scenes with Rep. Cohen’s staff to draft this important legislation, which you can read about here. Pa has a long way to go before its legal for mmj. Introducing legislation is not an instant win.

you can't even buy beer at a regular store in PA, I have the feeling MMJ would be SUPER-regulated there.

haha the beer thing is soo true but we have distributors and beer stores on every corner so that doesnt make a difference plus its cheap as hell... its sad that we have to drive to maryland to get our grain but some of us do lol..

Sure do, thats my favorite beer, I don't get why they don't sell it here in Ohio. The first time I had it was in Florida. Guess I am stuck drinking Great Lakes.

This state needs to get with it. People spend their money earned in Ohio at Pa casino's and we can't get any legit legislature passed so we can have one. Now they are going to hopefully get mmj.....

Thats a riot. Thought we a lil south were the only ones.
Drive Thru liquor stores. Its a wonderful thing aint it. When your just to hammered from the long drive to get there to walk in. You dont even have to get out of the car.
