I just got the new samsung galaxy note cell phone. It has androId app.. Can someone please help me on how to download a piCture here

uhh I normally just click (press your finger) on the pic till an option comes up to download or save the picture; if your on your browser.

If the phone has a micro SD card in it, you can remove it from the phone and plug it into a multimedia USB port and download it that way. That is how I get any that I take with my phone or with my camera as it has the same type of card
