That link does not work. I don't know anything about your friends who talked you into this or their growing knowledge or experience, but IMO, this is going to provide very little benefit to your plants--the time money, and energy would have been better spent on a HID. The trouble with LEDs is that they have very very little penetrating power. That wall of light (which needs to be covered with mylar, panda film or painted flat white) will only emit light for a couple of inches. Unless they are right next to the plants, the light will not reach them. The light isn't even strong enough to penetrate to the other side of the plant. Where did you get the lumen figures? What is the wattage of the bulbs? How many of them are there?
