Quick Question

I have been researching some strains on different seed banks and read a couple conflicting things. Is it indica that gives you the energy buzz or sativa? I have read it both ways. I believe it is the indica, but not sure. Can someone clear this up for me. Thanx

A head high is from both plants, it simply depends when you harvest them.

I have heard that Indica gives you the body high as Sativa gives you the Energetic head high.

But now I am learning about the Trichomes and learning that this also has a great deal to do with what type of high you get.
