Very cool RDW,
I have a AK48 just a couple weeks away from harvest so ill give ya strain report and some bud porn soon.

Thanks for checking out my journal BigO, yes it is a basement. My basement is unfurnished and runs the entire footprint of the house so its huge, the 3 sections are all in the same area in a nook by the furnace.

So its been a week since the seeds were started and I couldn't be happier. All 7 have taken off, one is slightly behind but I think it was due to the shell not breaking open properly. After I peeled it off with a pair of tweezers it has improved tremendously.
Some of the stems do have some red in them, is this anything to worry about atm or something I can take care of or fix if so? open to suggestions..

Some updates on whats taking place with the actual space. My favorite part I think about this is the ingenuity people use when creating their space. In case you haven't noticed I like to make things as much as I can with materials I have or can get cheap. Don't mind the cords hanging around those were just to run some tests;)
Finished off the flower room with an 18$ slab door from home depot and to the right of that I added a utility wall made of cardboard for some vents and power cords. Also I did the ventilation for the flowering room.

-Flower Room-
-Ventilation- 4" 170cfm centrifuge inline, 1 passive top intake, 1 active 6" booster fan bottom intake
Last time I had a 435cfm 6inch on a speed controller and it worked wonderful, however I never needed to turn it up more then 50%.
So.. today I went and picked up a 170cfm 4inch and reduced the 6inch hood ducting into that.
At first I had the fan attached to the actual beam but I noticed a slight vibration. To eliminate this I cut an old microphone cable and suspended the fan from it.
To hang some of the duct work I used some plastic coat hangers, worked pretty well actually. I just snapped them on the bottom length in the center, slide in the duct work, taped the break closed and BAM! A sliding adjustable hanger with attached hook to hang your duct work....FREE

After testing everything out for a few hours the room was sitting at a steady 75 degrees powered up and 64 powered down.

The hopeful girls to be were starting to get some nice roots so I transplanted them into their permanent pots. Also moved them down to the veg area which has 6 40w florescent lights, this is until they can handle the 1000w hps.
If I'm doing the math correctly the 6 of those would be roughly 14000 lumen's which would be close to a 150w hps output?
