Spider mites?

Hello all, Ive just noticed this on one leaf of my plants, havnt seen it anywhere else. I was just wondering if its spider mites? and if its not what is it? also if it is spider mites what should i do to prevent them spreading? sorry about the poor picture quality! thanks

If its just one leaf dont worry, look at the back side of the leaf for a tiny black spot, use a 30x mag. glass.

High humidity and temps will make mites multiply like crazy.

Look super close at small leafs to leafs for ulta small webs.
Once you see webs you got mites like crazy.
