What are the smallest possible dimensions (taking into account LST/pruning and other methods to keep a plant short) of a grow box if I want to grow 1 plant? I'm going to use CFLs for flowering and vegg (if any vegg). I was thinking something like 8''x8''x20". I'm not sure though. I am a complete novice when it comes to indoor growing. I just want a little project to work on. I would be building the grow box from scratch also. Any advice or tips are welcomed. Thanks guys.

i'd go atleast 1x1x2 1/2. if it were me i would use 3 42watt cfls. that would be 8100 lumens, you could get by with 2 but 3 would be better imo. you can get small bathroom fans at home depot that work good for airflow. others will come with more ideas.. hope this helps good luck
