What is the perfect temp and Hygrometer % for veg area and flower tent?

75F, 40-50% being ideal

I run high 60's right now and 70-80% currently. So much more RH with hydro!

IMO, if rh gets over 50%, you risk Powdery mold, and botrytis. Especially if your buds get really large and dense. If you grow light airy bud then you'll be fine.
