some times my temper gets the better of me,,,,i will see or read something that just get me pissed ,and i will post a nastey reply ,,,after calming down (may take 1 or 2 days )i am sorry for the angry post i put up ,,,,then i will go back and change or delete the ugly post ,,,some times the mods will read them and delete them for me ,,,,knowing there is no uglyness or meanness in rasta ,,i have nothing but love and respect for my fellow members and this site ,,just want to say thanks to the mod who removed my nasteyness and sorry to the person at whom it was directed ,,as always PEACE,LOVE RASTAFARI

Hi rasta! I don't know what post you're talking about, but I gotta say that I sometimes say things out of anger/frusteration that I don't always mean too. Sometimes I even put myself in time out. Hehe. Don't sweat it.
