Going too be setting up a new grow room soon and was after some advise with transplanting!

I would ideally like to have a veg tent and flower tent, IWS flood and drain system in the flower tent and a flood and drain table or drip system in the veg tent, but was a bit concerned when it will come to transplanting. How big will the root mass be? Will it outgrow the rockwool i put it in?

Any advise or previous experience with this would be appreciated!

I would use small r/w starter cubes and straight into growbags when they pop roots. I use growstones and perlite or ton mostly.

the bags are easy to move from one setup to the next.

I also heard the Glass Marbles are good and very clean.

If your plants get big during the veg stage then they will definitely grow roots out off the cubes a lot. I would do as TOA said and move them in the cubes into a larger "growbag" and fill it in with hydroton(clay balls) to allow the roots to stretch out. You would have to remove the plastic surrounding the (6"cube) before moving.
