Watering Leaves And Buds While Flowering

i got a question im not really sure on.. all of my previous grows i always spray the whole plant down with water daily.. does this hurt the growth or potency of the buds.. or stunt the growth... my plants are starting to bud now they been in flowering for almost 4 weeks 3 female haze/northern lights.. from the bcseedking. so should i spray the buds and leaves while watering of should i just water the soil and not the buds.. there under a 400w hps thanks

I would never spray the buds during flowering period. IMHO it just increases the chance of mould.

thats what i thought all my past grows i sprayed uptill the last few weeks and it seemed to drop the tast and potency
