grow moving to flowering

moving from grow to flower
some move from grow (18/6)after three weeks and around 18 inches tall, in between 24 hours of darkness then after 6 weeks flowering it is time to harvest.
What are some indicators it is time to harvest?

This is for basic info. and to gain more knowledge in taking care of mother.

When its time to harvest the trichomes will go from clear then to cloudy then start turning amber... Some people harvest at different stages for a certain type of high... The more Amber they are the more couchlock you get, More cloudy will be a more energetic high... I prefer to harvest when I have 40% Amber.... You will need a jewelers Loupe or hand held microscope to look at trichombs color... they are very cheap on e-bay
