quick help need on germination

Ok i germinated this 2 days ago, and now the root is long. I did not buy the soil as it was 80 miles from me to get organic soil. I have a top soil here, can i use this for now and i guess use organic nutrients later on?

what type of top soil, is it in a bag or is it from your yard? i mean really if its all you have then use it.. im sure if you could add perlite and lime it would better. but when its all you've got it'll have to work. jmo
