Alot of Problems!!!

ok my single plant isn't doing to well.

1) Its growing unevenly. One side of leaves are growing faster than the other.

2) On the one set of leaves there are tiny slits in it ... kinda looks like something ate it.

3) theres a tear on one of the main leaves.

I'll get a picture of it in a day or so, but my little baby isnt doing too well. I already lost a really healthy one to a deer; and I'm not about to lose another!

If it is outside, then i suspect that you have bug problems.
Can't tell without pics though.

well an update on the plant:

still has the tears and the cut but no new ones are emerging and its growing pretty well so i think i have no more worries.
