bad seed?

ok i have been germinating this one lil seed i put it in a lil pop bottle cap with water and **** cuzz i heard on this syte that u can do this and let it germ with out light in a warm spot but it still dident germ after like 4 days so i put it in soil and waited like still 4 days to find no (Edit Language) changes im getting irritated should i chuck it and get a new one lol this is pissing me off my first seed started to root in 22 and a half hours so why is this one taking so (Edit Language) long???

Could be a bad seed.

Could also be impatience. Some seeds are stubborn that way. I'd go ahead put it in a medium and leave it, see what happens.
