Brain freeze.. What to do with clones with roots

I have about 15 clones that have roots. I used collars and netpots in a aero cloner. My question is now that they have roots and I grow hydro how should I set them up? I don't use soil and forcing them into rockwool cudes doesn't look good. How should I plant these in net cups?

Sorry for the stupid question, I'm brain dead at the moment... lol

Keep the water up to the bottom of the pots until the roots grow into the water.
