Chat on top?

So, I changed the design to the old Green Theme, hope you guys like it. When you scroll down you can choose a different theme if you like, it's up to you.

What do you people think of the chat thing on top? Let's make it a poll

Top I think would be better. A lot of people ask about the chat so the easier it is to find the more people will use it IMO.
