difference between organic growing

seeing that some growers like organic method better, whats the difference as far as what soil, nutes/ferts used in the process????

Organic = Things that is made from Nature by nature..

Non organic = Made by man

So for example what are the benefits of growing with organic as opposed to growing with MG soil and MG nutes?? Cuz i know TBG has grown with MG soil and has gotten awesome results.

For instance if i had:

Soil: Fox farm
Nutes: Fox farm big bloom and grow big

OR

Soil: Miracle Gro
Nutes: Mg all purpose(veg) and bloom booster (flowering)

What are the benefits and dissadvantges????
