dreaming effects???

When I quit smoking cigarettes over a year ago(after 15 years), I started having extremely clear dreams that were long and I could remember them as if I had gone to a movie. I remarked to my wife many times about it because I hadn't had a dream I could remember in forever. These dreams are fantastic!
I am glad I found this thread, I'm not sure what this lucid dreaming is, but I'll google it.

*EDIT* - Okay, now I know what lucid dreaming is. I have had that happen a couple of times that I can remember, but in both instances, I woke shortly after. I remember thinking, "this is so crazy, it has to be a dream"... lol, then I wake up...
Never tried to do it intentionally, we'll see...
