Your pic looks a little early to show male or female preflowers just yet. they can look the same to start with
Get a magnifyer..

As TBG says Unpolinated females is what you want..
Keep a close eye on it you dont want it putting pollen to the females unless you want loads of seeds and low strength pot!! If it turns out male you will Know and likewise female.. Make sure its male for definate before you move or destroy it
