Never done a journal, but why the heck not.

And now is as good as time as any, so here it goes.
Plus it helps down the road, when you look back at things in hindsight.

I germed 21 seeds. 7 ICE, 7 White Rhino, 7 LowRyder Originals.

All 21 germed and sprouted. Except 1 White Rhino 1 Lowryder sprouted
1.5 weeks after others.

Lowryders sexed first. 3 females 4 males. Trashed 2 males and kept 2 males to pollenate a female to make seeds. got a little bit of pollen
from my males, because i put them outside and my dog killed my male
LR's. I salvaged some early pollen sacs dried and use qtip to try to
pollenate a female. (got my fingers crossed).

Took 1 clone from each plant and was put into a cloner with humidity
dome. Each labed and numbered.
Used four foot 40w flourscent, until my 4ft 4bulb T5 flo with 2 veg
2bloom bulbs came in to clone.
Anyways, the grow room went to 12/12 lighting and 1000w HPS lighting.
(used 1000w MH for veg) on Memorial Day.

Sex showed. Males were killed, male clones thrown away.
Final tally. 4 Female ICE, 3 Female WHITE RHINO, 3 Female Low Ryders.
Not bad almost 50% female ratio. Transplanted a female white rhino
ino a killed off Pot, using same soil.

Meanwhile, i started getting into Hydro. Using DWC method.
Transplanted a 1.5 month 2ft female into a DWC. ( I didn't trim
any root, didn't open up the net pot. I foled the roots in.
Plant was or still in shock. But looking promising. Roots growing out
the net pot.

Wanting to breed Lowryders. I germed four LR2 seeds. Only two sprouted. Gave up on other two, but are now outside in FFOF soiled
pots outside.

Since I got some clones now and newly Germed LR2 seeds..
HERE is my JOURNAL. Cloned Female of ICE and WHITE RHINO versus
Germed LOWRYDER SEEDS. HENCE the Amazing race.

All will be growin in DWC. Currently in their 6 pot tray. into 2 gallon
buckets, and finish in 5 gallon buckets. Using GH 3pt flora nutes.

Picture #1: line of nutes, soil and hydro
#2: Must have in Soil or Hydro grow. nice PH/TDS meter and 1ml squeeze dropper.
#3: 3 female LRs about 6 weeks old. one in pot looks like it may have some seeds.
#4: clone/mother room with 1 ice and 1 White rhino mom. 6 pot bubbler and 1.5 rockwool clone try with humidity dome.
#5: picture of my Super dooper cropping. She was my biggest baddest plant. I bent her over to LST her, but then suddenly BENT right there.
I still tied her down, and now look at her top cola bending back up.
and probably end up the heights point of hte plant with biggest cola.
#6: read number 5
#7: picture of entrance of grow room. to bad I can't get any good
angles of it.
#8: Lowryders looking like Xmas trees
#9: close up of some bud
#10: My mothers..

As soon as Lowryder #2 gets to its 2nd NODE they all LR2 and Clones
will go into 12/12. Doing a side by side, to see if you go 12/12 from
young clones compares to LR's.

ENJOY....

You're gonna enjoy the White Rhino. Strong stuff though ;)

well its been 2 days.. since the first post..

picture #1-#4 are pictures of the LR2 seed and ICE and WhiteRhino clones.

all of them are doing good. under 24hour t5flos. Seedlings getting tall
and new leaf coming on. Clones doing really well also.. if you look closely
you can see the new growth coming on strong with 5+ leafs.

Picture #5 Lowryders original @ about 6 weeks. looking delicious
and filling out. 1 is growing tall and branching. gonna be a monster
with out superthrive.

picture #6 ICE @ 10days of 12/12. you can see it starting to bloom.
picture #7 White Rhino that was transplanted into hydro after 1month+
veg time. Recovering very well and blooming also.

Picture #8. entrance of room. Raised the transplanted hydro on a bucket

4 days since last update.

The LR2 seedlings are taking off, and the little clones aren't to far behind.
They both have grown considerably since the last update.

I cut the the bottom branches and new growth of all the main strains.
left LR's alone.

I cut up some 3gallon grow bags to create some covers for the net pots.
to make sure no light is gettiung through. BTW, those panda film grow bags
come in soooo handy. either to pot or make things out of.

Picture #1,2. picture of clones and LR2 seedlings. top and side. notice the newgrowth.. yeaaahh.. they are under 4foot 4 bulb t5's. PPM 400, ph 5.5
but for some reason going down. The reason I made the covers, to make
sure it isn't light making algae.

picture 3: ICE, my bigggest fastest growing plant that i LST'd. but accidently
bent in half but tied anyways.. now look at all the branches fighting
to be main cola. While down under, the main cola.. growing and
catching up fast, to reign again.

pic 4. White Rhino I transfered to hydro DWC after almost 2 month
veg. Doing good, I put up closest to the light. about 12inch away.
notice the rope i put her on a belt, to keep her growth upwardds .

pic 5/6 smallest Lowryder browning/purplish on top leaves. Rippening the
fastest imo. and her nugs below.. very frosty.

pic7. pic of lightly pollenated (ran out of pollen) ffemale LR. hoping to
get some seeds.. she a fatty.

pic 8. white rhino starting to bud

pic 9. my largest white rhino budding.

Pic 10.. my wife's cleveage.. sshhh hope she dont find out.:D

the Lowryder orginals got their last drink of nutes. next watering
will be flushings, and will be harvesting no later than 6/21.

then.. the LR2's seedlings, ice and white rhino clones

btw, i dont know why, my LR's older fan leaves are browing on the tips.
the yellowing i understand.. because its in late stage of flowering.
ive only ever given it only 1/2 strength nutes.

wondering if its just normal.

Looking great MPA. ;) Here's some GREEN MOJO to give them a boost of energy. :aok: Be sure and tell the wife thanks for the cleveage shot it made my morning. :hubba: :p

checked on my clones today from my mother ICE and White Rhino,
and was suprised to see how much they have rooted.

So i potted them in little pots with Foxfarm soil, straight into 12/12 lighting.

placed in a quiet corner in the flowering room.

anywyas, lookin good bro.i like all the pics...they help alot.-peace bro

been 3 days since last update.

Been having issues with seedling/clones.
PH keeps going down. Once finding it at 4.9 ph.
Since then ive changed the resevoir. now keeping
PH at 5.8. Its still drifting down. But keeping a close watch,
when it gets down to 5.6, i bring it back up to 5.8.
I think its because I got lights on 24/0 light and thse plants
growing so fast. its sucking up the alot of water and nutes that
buffers higher. like P, K.

Picture #1. Showing the effects of Ph being to low.
Locking out Nutes causing leaf deficiencies. But new growth
looks great as you can see.

Picture #2/3. Notice how fats and much they have grown in just 3 days?
Look at them from the begginning.. Wow. The LR2's are still ahead in
the race. They are only a little bit taller than the ICE clones. But the
Clones are catching up fast and growing strong.

These guys go into 12/12 this Sunday.. June 21. When I harvest my
current 3 female LR's.

Picture 4: LRs on their 8th week. currently being flushed. chop this sunday
June 21.

picture 5. clones I put straight into 12/12. 3rd day.

Picutre 6. Day 18 in 12/12 Ice, I bent in half. look at branches racing to be the top cola. Main cola still growing like crazy. down below

pic 7: 18day 12/12 white rhino medium size in soil

pic 8: 18day 12/12 white rhino in DWC transfered from soil Got res flush
PPM at 900, PH at 5.6

pic 9: 18 day 12/12 Largest white rhino in Soil

pic 10. 18day 12/12 Small ICE from small container, was trans planted to
larger pot.

All soil are getting 1/2 strength nutes every other watering.
After adding nutes to tap water, PH is 6.3-6.4. not adjusting PH
at all

think, i found out why PH keeps falling.

Good read.. may be helpful to others:

Will raise the 4ft four bulb high output T5 up. going to 18/6 light cycle and keeping the water toped off.

been 4 days since last picture update.

Since the last update, I added new tables into my flower and veg rooms.
To eventually turn them tables into EBB & Flow tables after this grow.
Harvested my LR's.

Picture 1/2/3: cut out holes in my dry wall. to add on a bathroom fan
on my air out up high, and hole for air in. Now room stays at 73degrees F.
my veg room is right next to them central air unit. which alwyas
is cool and fresh.. which working out great. Kinda noisey.. may get
a inline duct fan down the road.

Picture 4/5: LR2 seedlings and ICE/White Rhino Clones.
Keeping the lights on 24/7 has kept the my LR2s. VERY Short.
They aren't stretching at all. not sure if thats good or bad.
But as you can see, my ICE clones are now taller than the LRseedlinngs.
Clones aren't as bushy.

fixed my PH issue, which in turned making my plants happy.

picture6: Original LR's as they sat in the Flower room before harvest.

figure I do this on a seperate post:

picture 1: smallest LR in smallest pot/bag before
picture 2: after

pic3: my biggest/branchest LR before
pic4: after

pic5: fattest cola LR. very lightly pollenated.. Hoping she bears seeds before
pic6: after

pic7: upclose shot of BUD.. forget which lady..

pic8: in their cardboard ddry box. which is going into a very dark and cool
place.

When I trim. I like to leave the frosty bud leaf. better bag appeal and i dont mind smoking it..

Redesigned my flower room.

bought a 5 shelf rack from home depot.. 4'x3' dimensions. great tables.
can be broken down to make 2 nice EBB/FLOW tables.. :hubba:
very sturdy also.

Pushed all my current plants to half of the room. which concerns me.
i kinda croweded them in .. oh well.. lets see how it goes.

pic1: girls crowded into each other to make space for new tables and
DWC buckets.

pic2: the set up.

pic3: with plants.

now all the LR2's and ICE are in their seperate 2gallon buckets.
White rhino's since they were smallest are in a fresh 6pot bubbler
by themselves.

I believe i spoted 1 LR2 as a MALE.. will wait a day.. to be sure..
will be pulled out and on to a window ledge. Now i hope thet other
is FEMALE.. This time.. im gonna get as much POLLEN as humanly
possible out this GUY..
