Flushing plants

Would someone please explain flushing plants. What one uses to flush and how often,amd what it does for my ladys.

this what someone has said back on youtube i was wondering if this is relatively ture or not??

Yea, my grow is also organic...so that's one less thing to do. I'm finding that growing MJ is a full time job...but oh what a reward.HIGH TIMES
