.. I've certainly never witnessed it "melt" any trikes, but I can understand the concern. I have used it, concentrating application to the underside of leaves where the mites live and eat.And have never witnessed any negative reaction or results. Only "dead" mites.. and that was my goal.

I just used the ISO/water solution on some mites.

The first time I sprayed with a weak concentration and killed most of the mites.
The second spray was stronger and killed all mites and eggs with no ill effects towards my plants. This was done during veg with a very good soaking.

Thanks for clearing that up fellas i'd like to test it myself but never having suffered at the hands of the borg it may be a while.
Sounds like a good eco friendly way of dealing with aphids in the veggie garden.

Hey guys, this turned out to be a top notch thread, and I was just looking to vent! can't thank ya'll enough!!!

This might sound stupid but i'm not sure if there are the borg in ireland, never heard of anybody getting them over here.
Let it be known if even 1 of the feckers messes with my ladies i will execute their whole family.

Natural preventatives/repellants include crysanthinums, mace (the outter covering of nutmeg), marigolds. Mums and marigolds have a natural occuring pyrethrin. They smell loud but they're 100% organick. I'm sure you know about tobbacco but that kinda goes against the organic intent, don't ya think? Good luck, and I respect you for keeping the peace at home.

sadly I don't have the room for those flowers in my small growroom. When I move outdoor in a year though, I'll have a real pretty MJ patch!
