I start them off with putting soil in a egg shell n then the seeds then a little more soil, just enough to cover, then I spray the nutrients, that way the seeds don't float out of the egg cell. think the egg shell gives some kind of nutrient to the seeds as well

the seeds were put in the soil , feed ,, april 4th n 4 days they sprout
