well my budget is very small. the seeds that i have are from hydro. i put them in a my dresser wrapped in damp paper towles, and every few hours i dampen the paper towles.

make sure the paper towels dont dry out.

Hey, welcome! If you put those paper towels in an airtight container they won't dry out so soon.
