How close are my buds to being done?

Put it on low with the oven door open slightly so the moisture can escape, and check every 15 minutes or so. It should not take to long, dry it till it crumbles between your fingers. Don't make the oven to hot or you will degrade the thc.

How hot, though? My oven works in Celsius, so.. 50C?

Crap man, by the time you get this done your plants will be overripe. Put your oven on the lowest or the warm setting and leave the door open a crack. When it crumbles between your fingers it is smokable.

I like whomever said they set a bud on their ballast.

My guess is, that if you set a small bud on your ballast, it would be ready to smoke the next day.

I put test buds on top of my water heater... usually ready within 24-48 hours...

I do the ballast thing, If I chop it first it is ready in a few hours, I put it on a piece of paper towel.
