How long in 16oz cups?

I have 7 plants i started in 16oz cups. I was wondering if i would be able to do the whole veg stage until i see preflowers in them, or would i have to re pot them earlier.

Here is a pic of the current grow. (I know I should have a MH conversion bulb for veg but...uhhh..oh well lol, I'll have to make do for now)

Ime, around 20 days they need to be transplanted, sometimes sooner.
