Love that wood.

Yes we have 15 that are 25 years old and one is Original to the property. No telling how old it is. Almost every door and window frame in our house is made of mahogany, even our patio table that seats 6 The seats and table top are 4" thick. Its everywhere. Sometimes we trade a tree for something. Mainly because its very hard to get a permit to Harvest Mahogany and all Old Growth is Protected by Order Of The Queen Mother. Just to make sure, you can only buy a Chainsaw with an 11" bar.

You should see the inside of my Wifes Uncles house. its Lana Style. 6 foot tall shudders on one wall running 15 feet. It is Grand.13 Feet ceiling. All Walls, Ceiling and floor to ceiling Display cases on one wall. are hand carved Old Growth Mahogany. He tore down Old Houses to get all that wood.

Good morning Missfits!

Mucho rain starting at 40F and predicted to reach 46F.

An empty calendar but looks like I will be resealing the downstairs bathtub enclosure. We put in faux marble when we remodeled a couple decades ago, and this will be the third time I've had to recaulk the bottom joint. All of the vertical joints stay pristine, but for some reason the lower one continues to fail..........

Good Morning. What have you been sealing it with? I used Flex All. I think that is what its called. Works very well and last a very long time.

Correction the product is called DynaFlex. Im getting Old.

Good Morning. What have you been sealing it with? I used Flex All. I think that is what its called. Works very well and last a very long time.
