i'd like them to go longer but we are out of this house in 9 days so, they're coming down 2-3 days before we leave. not an ideal situation, but i've had a successful winter none the less

hopefully not to far from where i am now. short sale on the house, foreclosure unfortunately. we're renting till i can save enough money to try all over again. i was one of the "lucky" ones to purchase my first home like 1 year before the crash.
